Sun Peaks Plumbing and Heating Hourly Rates

Service Calls:

• $99 per hour or portion there of 8am to 4:30 pm 

1 ½ times hourly rate 4:30 pm – 8pm

2 times hourly rate 8pm – 8am  

• Minimum 1 hour call out charge applies to all call out fees regardless of time

  call out starts.

  Ex: Call Out 9pm = minimum $198 charge for first hour or portion there of.

• Special rates for volume customers will be applied when an agreement has been secured.

• Flat rates for annual services: * This does not include group rates or discounts for volume customers.

Annual Services

          - Annual Furnace Service: $150

          - Annual Boiler Service: $195

          - Annual Fireplace Service: $99

          - Annual Hot Water Service: $70

          - Annual Barbeque Service: $70

          - Annual Gas Stove / Cooker Service: $85

Please Note: The above rates are based on appliances that are in good working condition and have had a service withing the last 12 months by contractors licensed in the Safety Authority of BC and deemed in good working order.
